1. Deposit & Secure Your Piece

Online - To reserve an item, a $150 deposit is required, which will be credited toward your final purchase. You have 14 days from the deposit date to visit the studio for a fitting. If you don't come within that time frame, the piece will be unsecured, and you'll receive a 50% refund. 

In studio - Schedule an in-person appointment to view and reserve exclusive studio pieces as well as the online pieces. Here you can browse from our large selection of Timeless pieces. If you don't buy anything, just walk right out. If you see something you like, we can move onto your first fitting.

2. Try-On & Fit Confirmation

Online - After placing your deposit, schedule an appointment to try on your selected piece. If it’s not quite right, you can either receive a refund with a small fee or exchange it for another item at no extra cost. Once you have made your decision, we'll move onto the initial consultation process.

In-studio - If you found something you like, feel free to try on anything that you browsed through. Once you have selected a piece (or pieces), well take a deposit for each garment which will be credited to your final total and move onto the initial consultation process.

3. Consultation & Tailoring

Here we’ll get your measurements, discuss your custom tailoring needs, provide a quote, and give you an estimated delivery date. Some garments require extra fittings as we move through the reconstruction process, so be ready to come back to the studio to ensure your piece fits perfectly to your unique body. These extra needs will be discussed at the initial consultation.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Once your piece is ready, you can either pick it up from our Portland studio or take advantage of our local delivery service (within a 20-mile radius).

Timeline & Payment Plans

Expect a turnaround of 3 weeks to 2 months for your custom piece. Flexible monthly payment plans are available—just reach out for more details. Rush orders are available for a 40% upcharge of the original total.
