If you’d like your piece tailored or restored, simply select the Timeless Tailoring add-on at checkout. Your garment will be reserved, and after purchase, we’ll connect with you to begin the custom process.

Fittings can take place either in person at our Portland studio or remotely—our artist has a trained eye and can guide you through a virtual fitting to ensure an exceptional result. We’ll assess the garment together, discuss your preferences, and provide a transparent quote before beginning any work. All tailoring services are optional.

Pricing for Timeless Tailoring varies based on the complexity and scope of the work. Most tailoring or restoration services range from $1,000 to $5,000. After purchase, we’ll assess the garment with you and provide a custom quote before any work begins. All services are optional and quoted transparently.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in your own vintage piece for restoration. Simply book an appointment to visit our studio or schedule a remote consultation. During your appointment, we’ll assess the garment together, discuss your vision, and provide a tailored quote for the work.

Absolutely. We kindly ask to make a browsing appointment with us so you can come an view the current collection in person. A fee of $45 is charged for this session. This covers any last minute cancellation, but it will be credited back to you when you come and shop. 

We accept returns and exchanges on untailored, as-is pieces within 21 days of delivery. If the garment has been altered, tailored, or restored to your specifications, all sales are final. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Each piece in our collection is carefully inspected and sold in its original vintage condition. Some garments may show signs of age—part of their character and history. If you’d like any flaws addressed, you can select the Timeless Tailoring add-on at checkout. We’ll review the garment with you after purchase and provide a transparent quote for any restoration or refinements you'd like. All adjustments are optional and handled with the highest level of care.

Fitting and consultation appointments won't last more than an hour or so. However, the timeline for tailoring varies due to the complexity and uniqueness of your piece. We will give you an estimated delivery time upon completion of our initial consultation. Generally, the turnaround from the time we fit you to delivery will be between 3 weeks to 2 months.

We kindly ask that you reach out to cancel 24-48 hours before your appointment.

We can give your piece completion priority. This places it ahead of all other projects. However, 50% of the total cost will be added as an additional fee. 

Yes. We offer local delivery within 20 miles of our Portland studio. For clients outside the area, shipping is always available. If you'd like tailoring or restoration from afar, we’re happy to work with you remotely—our artist has a trained eye and can guide the custom process virtually to ensure your piece fits beautifully. For any special requests, feel free to reach out.

Most pieces are dry-clean only and some require handwashing. Each garment will have a label showing how to care for it and in our shop online, you can find the care listed with the product images.

Absolutely. Embellishments, embroidery, buttons, or even full garment reconstruction to something completely new are previous examples of what customers have requested.  

Most forms of payment are accepted including credit card, Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, cash, check and others. 

Vintage clothing is over 20 years old.
